Open Season Insurance Analyzer

Terms of Use

Effective October 24, 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use the Open Season Insurance Analyzer from R&D Industries, L.L.C. ("we"). By buying or using it, you agree to them.

What the analyzer is

The analyzer estimates what Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) plans might have cost you, based on claims you provide and plan information we gathered from public sources. It is a planning tool. It is not insurance, and it is not insurance, financial, tax, medical or legal advice. We are not an insurance agent or broker, and we receive nothing from any plan you choose.

Not affiliated with OPM or any carrier

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the U.S. Postal Service, or any health plan or carrier. Plan names are used only to identify plans.

Estimates can be wrong

Results depend on the claims you load, how they are categorized, and plan rules that may be incomplete or out of date. Many plan features are not modeled, and the analyzer lists them. Each plan's official brochure and its claim decisions control what you would actually pay. Check the brochure before you enroll. Your enrollment decision is yours alone.

Your license

A pass gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the analyzer for your own household during the Open Season it covers, including any updates we release for that season. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the file, or remove its copyright or legal notices.

Refunds

If the analyzer isn't useful to you, email support@openseasonanalyzer.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

Your information

The analyzer processes your claims only on your own computer. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you buy or contact us.

Disclaimer of warranties

The analyzer is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including the cost of any health plan you choose. Our total liability for any claim about the analyzer is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here with its effective date applies to purchases made after that date.
